In 2012 “Adamantien fund” acquired GMAC Financiera and changed its name from “Adamantine” to “Proyectos Adamantine SA de CV SOFOM ENR” In 2014 with 25 USDM management buy out the capital increased up to 105 USD millions, on the other hand Adamantine became a regulated entity and boost its platform as primary servicer. Since 2015 Adamantine consolidated its position as primary servicer and has been able to increase the construction projects all over the country, Fitch Ratings and HR Ratings have rated the company as Servicer and Long–Term Issuer. The ratings have been increased over average market levels. Adamantine started and continued to consolidate its operations in the Caribbean, and has continued to acquire secure and unsecured portfolios, as well as, it has been hired to service portfolios. Over time, both land banks and real estate projects have been acquired, mainly derived from the recovery of loan guarantees granted by third parties or by the company. In recent years, Adamantine ventures into the development of projects, for which it has a specialized technical, legal and commercial team that includes the entire process, which includes the selection of the land, development and project management, administrative control of the work.
